Administrative Operations Manager

With 7 years of experience as an Operations Manager and Assistant General Manager at Boomers!, a family entertainment park, Harmony developed expertise in operations, customer service, and team management. She also spent 3 years in medical billing and collections for substance abuse treatment centers, gaining valuable insights into healthcare administration. Now, as an Administrative Operations Manager at Reliant Capital, Harmony oversees post-funding and pre-funding tasks, manages customer service, processes payoffs, handles insurance matters, and addresses various company needs.

Currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Communications, Harmony plans to transfer to California State University, Bakersfield to complete her Bachelor’s Degree. She values Reliant Capital’s supportive environment, which encourages learning and growth without undue pressure.

Outside of work, Harmony enjoys summers at Bass Lake with her family, indulging in water sports, and exploring her newfound love for sushi.
